Quick delivery(1-week, 5 business days, 3 business days) guarantee applies only to shipments within the continental United States (Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from the guarantee). Quick delivery guarantee is calculated based upon a 10:00am PST order cut-off. All orders placed after 10:00am are considered placed the following business day for calculation purposes. For example, an order placed on the 1st of the month at 10:30am would be guaranteed to arrive on the 9th of the month and an order placed at 9:30am on the 1st of the month would be guaranteed to arrive on the 8th of the month.  If an order is placed after 10:00am on a Friday or over the weekend, the Quick delivery guarantee is calculated from the following Monday.  Holidays are not counted as a business day.  The following dates, December 23 through Jan 2,  will also not count as business days. 

Refund guarantee is capped at the lesser of $XX or 25% of the order amount.

Quick Delivery only applies on standard lamping options and standard product configurations.

For Justice Design ceramic products this offer is ONLY good on Bisque finishes. Also, this offer only applies to the standard lamping option and No-Cutout option for Sun Dagger products.

If your product happens to be on back-order we will notify you of the back order status and remove the Quick Delivery Option and Charges from your order. On all back-order items you will have the opportunity to cancel or change your order as long as you notify us prior to shipment.  In the case of Free Quick Delivery, no credit will be issued.

Truck items are excluded from the Quick Delivery guarantee.  It is not always known in advance if an item has to be delivered by truck. Once it has been determined that an item will be delivered by truck, we will notify you and remove the Quick Delivery charges from your order. 

We are unable to guarantee Quick Delivery on orders shipping to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii.  If our Quick Delivery option is requested on orders shipping to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii, the Quick Delivery fee will be refunded and the products will ship as quickly as possible.

The $15 flat fee for shipping is a separate charge for orders under $200 and not part of the Quick Delivery policy.
