What brands are covered by your extended warranty?

Any brand not covered by our Lifetime Warranty (see list under brands covered by our Lifetime Warranty) is covered by our extended warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty applies against all defects in workmanship, assembly and materials used in the products. We'll repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any product that fails to operate due to a defect. We'll cover shipping both ways to get the repair or replacement taken care of for you. We do not cover any service, installation, or other third party fees associated with the defect.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover :

Glass which has become damaged due to mishandling, improper installation or use, or resulting from extreme acts of nature.
Product finish which has faded, rusted, or pitted due to environmental factors.*
Light bulbs/lamps that have burned out (unless otherwise stated on the product page for LED fixtures).
Service, installation, or other third party fees incurred due to the defect.

What is the duration of your Lifetime Warranty?

The Warranty coverage is valid only if a product is purchased directly though Belami Inc dba CanadaLightingExperts.com. Claims may only be filed by the original purchaser or owner as required under this Warranty.

What is the time frame of your extended warranty?

Brands not covered under our Lifetime Warranty will receive a 1 year warranty from CanadaLightingExperts. It applies to the original purchaser of the product and the product must have been purchased from CanadaLightingExperts to activate our warranty. The warranty does not apply to orders placed with another retailer.

What happens if my item has been discontinued and I need a warranty replacement?

If your item has been discontinued and is still covered under our warranty, please give us a call. We'll work with you to reselect or find another solution. We'll take care of you either way.

Varaluz Lighting Specific Limited Lifetime Warranty

When properly installed by professionals and under normal conditions of use, our fixtures are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the item in its original installed location. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser. Warranty may not be transferred to any other party. Outdoor fixtures require re-application of UV protectant clear coats at least every two years or the warranty is voided. All other modifications void our warranty. Improper installation also voids our warranty.
