How does it work?
We basically guarantee that if we don't deliver the items in the number of business days we stated when you purchased, we will credit you back $25 on your order. We start the clock on the same day as long as the order is placed before 10am PST. If your order is placed after 10am PST, the clock starts on the following day. Here are a couple examples:
- 1 Week Guarantee - Order placed on a Monday at 10:30am would arrive by the following Monday. If the same order was placed at 9:30am it would arrive by Friday.
- 3 Day Guarantee - Order is placed at 10:30am on a Friday or over the weekend, the clock starts on Monday and your order would arrive by Wednesday.
The not-so-fun stuff:
- Order total must be over $100.
- Only 1 Quick Delivery credit can be issued per order.
- Not applicable to returned or cancelled items.
- If you used PriceWaiter (name your price tool), we can't offer this to you.
